Level 1 of Treatment For Clear Aligners

Level 1

What’s Included:

  • Straighten upper front 6 teeth with up to 10 clear aligners
  • Two retainers to keep them straight
  • Bite not included & may change from newly-straightened teeth
  • Typically takes 3-6 months

Protocol:

  • Aligners are to be worn 18 hours / day for 1 week each
  • Can order a second set of up to 10 aligners if needed

Fee:

$2500—Pay in full for discount or as low as 5 payments of $500

Level 2 of Treatment For Clear Aligners

Level 2

What’s Included:

  • Straighten upper and lower front 6 teeth with up to 10 clear aligners
  • Two retainers to keep them straight
  • Bite not included & may change from newly-straightened teeth
  • Typically takes 3-6 months

  • Aligners are to be worn 18 hours / day for 1 week each

Level 3 of Treatment For Clear Aligners

Level 3

What’s Included:

  • Straighten all teeth with up to 20 clear aligners
  • Two retainers to keep them straight
  • Bite will be adjusted for best fit with newly-straightened teeth
  • Typically takes 6-12 months

Protocol:

  • Aligners are to be worn 18 hours / day for 1 week each
  • Can order a second set of up to 20 aligners if needed

Fee:

$4375—Pay in full for discount or as low as 7 payments of $625

Treatments option

Retainers

What’s Included:

  • Two retainers to maintain the current alignment
  • No tooth movement is being done

Protocol:

  • Retainers are to be worn at night only

Fee:

$350 per arch or $700 for both

Minor Touch-Up

What’s Included:

  • Minor improvement of upper and lower front teeth with up to 5 detailing retainers
  • Two final retainers to maintain the improvement

Protocol:

  • Detailing retainers are to be worn at night only and for 2-4 weeks each

Fee:

$1600—Pay in full for discount or as low as 4 payments of $400

Comprehensive Treatment

What’s Included:

  • Straighten all teeth with braces or clear aligners
  • Two retainers to keep them straight
  • The bite will be fully corrected if possible
  • Typically takes 9-30 months depending upon the severity of the issues

Fee:

  • Can range from $4500-7000 depending upon severity
  • This option is eligible for insurance filing or discounts if applicable
